The Residenece Li Troni includes services like the Bar, where you can enjoy a drink at the sunset by the pool or book a delicious breakfast buffet (with surcharge) with pool view, and the Pizza Restaurant, open from June to September, which creates tasty and local dishes for lunch and dinner, also to take away. Our Reception, inside the lobby/bar, features a multilingual staff, always kind and smiling, and will be glad to help our cherish guests to gather all the information they need for their holiday in Budoni.

In the lobby, there is a sitting room with a LCD satellite Tv, a free Internet Point with Personal Computer, and a library with all kind of magazines and books, also international.

The stunning panoramic pool, surrounded by colourful flowers and green plants, features parasols, deckchairs, tables, and plays for the kids, so you can sunbathe in complete relax.

Pets are welcome on reservation and with a surcharge.

Finally, our free laundry is available 24/24 and includes washing machines, detergent, iron board anr irin (on request).

Furthermore, it is possible to ask for a barbeque for free, a baby cot or a highchair (with a surcharge). Parking is free and private, like the internet wi-fi connection, available in all the Residence.

General terms and conditions

*DEPOSIT: € 200,00 (by cash or credit card) each apartment, refundable at the and of the stay after our employees’ check of all the equipment in the apartment, the complete cleaning of the kitchenette and the correct disposal of the garbage.

In case of night check-out, the deposit will be delivered directly to the address of the guest.

*CHECK-IN: From 17:00 to 21:00

*CHECK-OUT: From 8:00 to 10:00

*TO BE PAID MANDATORY:

-Consumptions (gas, water, electricity) € 30,00 a person a week

-Final cleaning € 60,00 for apartment

-Tourists Tax (Municipality of Budoni) € 1,00 a person a day in May, June, September; € 1,50 in July and August (children under 12 years old don’t pay)

- Complete cleaning of the kitchenette or surcharge of € 50,00
